How do I renew my subscription?
Contact us or give us a call at 1-800-663-7611. You can also mail in your renewal form along with your payment with the postage paid envelope provided. If you would like to renew your subscriptions on your own:
- Go to https://www.bcoutdoorsmagazine.com/renew
- Enter your order number.
- Enter your promo code or reference number. Your reference number should be located on your renewal notice. Make sure to hover over the question mark for visual guides on where they are located.
When will I receive my magazine issue?
Our magazine is published 6 times per year. Your first magazine issue is not going to be for the month in which you purchased your subscription (e.g. if you paid in January or February 2020, you will not be starting with the January/February 2020 issue). New orders will take approximately 4-12 weeks from the time you order, depending on when the order was placed and where the magazine is being shipped to. Other factors, such as weather conditions, may cause delays.
I renewed my magazine after I received the last magazine issue in my subscription, but my next issue is taking longer than I thought to arrive and it’s not the magazine that’s supposed to follow right after the last one I received.
You may have not renewed in time. Make sure to renew your subscriptions as soon as you can in order to avoid interruptions. If you have any concerns, please contact us or give us a call at 1-800-663-7611.
I am receiving at least 2 copies of the same magazine.
Contact us or give us a call at 1-800-663-7611. We’ll fix it for you!
How do I update my address and/or email address?
Contact us or give us a call at 1-800-663-7611. If you subscribe to our magazine through a hunting and fishing club or federation, you would need to contact them directly to change your address. If you have login credentials to your subscription account, you can:
- Go to https://www.bcoutdoorsmagazine.com/renew
- Log in.
- Click on the Change Address button.
- Make the necessary changes and then click the Next button.
I tried to purchase a subscription through your subscription fulfillment website (i.e. QFIE) that has an international address. What should I select as the province?
Please leave the Province/State blank for addresses outside of Canada and the USA.
How will I be notified of upcoming renewals?
You will receive up to 5 renewal notices, depending on how soon you renew your subscriptions. You will receive 2 renewal notices prior to receiving the last issue of your magazine subscription. The third renewal notice is on the cover wrap of your last magazine issue. You will receive 2 more notices after your last magazine issue. Make sure to renew your subscriptions as soon as you can in order to avoid interruptions.
I already renewed, but you sent me another renewal notice.
There are a few reasons why this happened.
- A cross in the mail! If you already renewed and got another renewal notice, please disregard it.
- If you sent in your payment via mail, then it may not have been processed in time before the renewal notices were mailed out. Please be patient.
- There may be an expired duplicate order in the system. If you already renewed and got another renewal notice, please disregard it.
If you are concerned, please contact us or give us a call at 1-800-663-7611.
How do I cancel my order?
If you mailed in payment or purchased from our subscription fulfillment website (i.e. QFIE), contact us or give us a call at 1-800-663-7611. If you purchased from our Shopify store, contact us here: https://shop.opmediagroup.ca/pages/contact
Where can I buy back issues?
Please go to our Shopify store at shop.opmediagroup.ca to buy a print copy.
I am looking for a magazine issue or special edition book from the 1970s, etc. Do you have any for sale? How can I get a copy of it?
Unfortunately, the only back issues we have for sale are the ones on our Shopify store. Please contact your local public libraries and check out their archives, e.g. Vancouver Public Library. They may be able to help you get a print or digital photocopy.
I have old magazines and no longer want them. Some of them go as far back as the 1970s. Would you like to take them back or buy them back?
Unfortunately, we do not have enough storage to take back old magazines.
