Gibbs-Delta, Canada’s largest devoutly Canadian tackle manufacturer acquires Rhys Davis, a BC company that has been producing quality fishing tackle since 1954. Gibbs-Delta CFO, Rob Alcock, stated that it was “a perfect fit for us and one we are excited about.” This transaction adds to Gibbs-Delta’s line of fishing tackle and products.
