One salmon fillet
Low sodium soy sauce

1 1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds
1 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cane sugar
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
How To Make Sesame-Crusted Baked Salmon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven is preheating, drizzle soy sauce over top of the salmon fillet.
Place salmon fillet on a lined baking sheet. In a small dish, combine the sesame seeds, garlic and onion powder, sugar, thyme, salt and pepper. Pat into the fillet, place in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes and remove when cooked through.
Serve with rice.
